How fast can human fingers move? Note: please do not comment on how this isn’t the way this exercise is supposed to be played or how bad it sounds, because the point of this video is to show how fast someone can play this exercise. Thanks.

19.1 divided by 10 digits used to play the piece =
1.91 notes per sec.

it is 8 notes per section for each hand so yeah it makes 19.1 seconds. Pbs is that we don’t recognize the melody, tremendous effort anyway. If you want to see quick guys on piano jazz, check Chucho Valdes or MIchel Camilo…or Martha Agherich on classical piano?

there is a Brazilian pianist that plays 21 notes per second, and he is not even the best in the world, can you believe it? if in this video 19 notes per second is really fast, imagine seeing 21…
